Surf Canada Launches Donation Match Challenge to Support 2025 Junior National Team
Surf Canada is proud to launch the 2025 Junior Team Match Challenge, an incredible opportunity for our community to directly support the next generation of Canadian surfers as they prepare to compete at the ISA World Junior Surfing Championships in Peru, December 5–14, 2025.
A generous anonymous donor has contributed $10,000 toward essential Surf Canada team costs and has issued a Match Challenge to the community. This means every contribution made through the Canadian Olympic Committee’s donation portal is matched dollar-for-dollar, doubling the impact of your support. All funds raised go directly toward covering Surf Canada’s required team expenses such as athlete entry fees, coaching support and travel requirements.
How to Make Your Contribution
Step 1 — Make Your Donation Through the Canadian Olympic Committee
All Match Program donations are processed securely through the Canadian Olympic Committee.
Donate using the official link: Olympic.ca/foundation/support-team-canada/
Step 2 — Target Your Donation to Surf Canada
In the “Write a Private Message to Us” section, include the following note:
Donation is for Surf Canada for the 2025 World Juniors
This ensures your matched contribution is directed to the Junior National Team.
Step 3 — Email Surf Canada to Confirm
After donating, please email info@csasurfcanada.org with your name, business, logo, and donation amount so Surf Canada can ensure your contribution is properly recognized.
Only donations confirmed before December 4th will be included in the live recognition during the campaign period.
All donors will receive an official tax receipt issued through the Canadian Olympic Committee.
